Please complete the payment in 48 hours upon the submission of your order. If you choose to pay by FPS, Payme, online banking or ATM transfer, our customer service will contact your through WhatsApp and provide payment information. Please send us a screenshot or a photo of your bank slip for us to process your order.

Shipping method

📍We provide free shipping for orders >HK$300.

📍Shipping fee is HK$30 for orders below HK$300.

📍Pick up service is also available. Address: 18/F, Golden Bear Industrial Centre, 66 Chai Wan Kok Street, Tsuen Wan (Monday to Saturday 10:00-13:00, 14:30-17:00. You can pick up your package the day after receiving the email notification).

Order dispatch

📍Usually takes about 1-3 working days (Excluding pre-ordered products).

📍Working days refer to Monday to Saturday, excluding Sundays and public holidays.

📍If your order includes pre-ordered products, the entire order will be shipped after those products arrive. If you require separate shipping, additional shipping fees will apply.

📍Pre-ordered products cannot be cancelled after placement, as orders have already been placed with the supplier.I f we are unable to deliver the goods within (maximum) 3 weeks, a refund and $20 credits will be provided.

 

Shipping terms

📍Please note that beautitu.com will not be responsible for any lost/returned order, if the order is unable to be delivered due to customer negligence (including providing incorrect personal information, phone number, address).

📍Orders are treated as abandoned if the packages are not received for any reason one month after the dispatch. The orders will not be reissued nor be refunded.

In case of any dispute, beautitu.com reserves the right of final decision.
