Once a pimple has come to a head — or you have just extracted one — you need a hydrocolloid that can take up fluid, not the ultra-thin early film. These patches are made for visible whiteheads and freshly treated spots: the hydrocolloid core absorbs oil and impurities while the patch keeps fingers, pillowcases and makeup off the area.

Each patch is under 230μm (about 0.1–0.3mm) with a beveled, tapered edge and a matte finish that sits flatter overnight and can be worn in the day. As it works, the patch turns opaque white; replace it when it is fully white or stops going whiter, usually after 6–24 hours. Formulated with tea tree leaf oil plus Centella-derived Asiatic Acid, Madecassic Acid and Asiaticoside. Free from mineral oil, artificial fragrance and synthetic dyes. The low-irritation adhesive stays put for about 6–24 hours without a sticky residue.

How to use

Cleanse and dry the face. Peel along the pre-cut line, place the hydrocolloid on a whitehead or freshly treated spot, remove the protective film and press lightly. The patch turns opaque white as it absorbs fluid; replace it when it is fully white or no longer turning whiter (usually 6–24 hours). Do not use on red bumps still forming under the skin — that stage is for FRANZ Naked Early.
