How to use

1. Cleanse, then prep with toner.
2. Unfold the sheet and smooth it over the full face.
3. Leave on for about 15 minutes (10–20 minutes).
4. Remove and tap remaining essence until absorbed; no rinse.
5. Follow with moisturizer. When skin is especially sensitive, pair with Zipiderm EGF Skin Barrier Intensive Cream.
